legal services, at reduced rates, through a Legal Services Plan offered
to you at no expense because of your membership in and support of
a labor organization.
There are no annual costs to you or your
union to obtain the benefits of this plan. You qualify because of
your membership in a union and your support of the "American
Worker".

- 35% reduced hourly rates. Attorney's
rate is $85 per hour. Legal Assistant's rate is $35 per hour.
- 20% contingency rates on personal
injury and negligence claims rather than the usual 33-1/3%.
- Free office consultations on initial
matters.
- Home and hospital appointments when
necessary.
- Free annual contract review.
- Good faith binding estimates of legal
expenses on all matters.
