I have maintained and contributed to a partnership interest in a growing law firm from foundation to present. This progressively challenging and responsible attorney-partnership position has led to the firm's growth, profitability and the well-being of clientele.

Files handled have included: Divorce including all economic issues and pro-bono through the Volunteer Legal Program, Post-Matrimonial and other family law matters, including child custody, visitation, grand-parent's rights, child support and paternity matter; Erie County Family Court and New York State Supreme Court-Law Guardian; Personal Injury matters; Real Estate for both the buyer and seller; Landlord/Tenant matters; Criminal matters including felonies and misdemeanors; Vehicle and Traffic matters; Contract matters; Collection matters; Will and Estate Planning; Worker's Compensation;  I also have trial and arbitration experience before both administrative bodies such as the Worker's Compensation Board and supreme, county and local justice courts. Founded and maintained a legal services plan for large local labor unions and other large organizations.
